I don't think it can really be confirmed, I mean she's 14, it's not unlikely that she is just "experimenting", she is around the age where she should be figuring this kind of stuff out. I honestly would guess she would be bisexual, but I have nothing to base that on.
She seemed pretty confused and unsure after she kissed Riley, so I would probably put her under the category of "questioning" at this stage. And I think it was confirmed that Riley had feelings for Ellie? I can't remember where I heard that from however.

Come on don't be one of those people who complain about stereotypes of women made by men while stereotyping men with such comments... Just because some kid makes a stupid comment doesn't mean that all men are like that...
I know all men aren't the same, lol. But regardless the comment was made, which is what I was afraid of. It was something I could predict happening and it did.

I have never seen a girls gone wild video except for the the adds that they used to run ,,the reoson I mentioned girls gone wild was to further the argument that alot of girls kiss other girls for fun and don't go on to be lesbian.
