The letter is a piece of paper with rough handwriting scribbled across it. Judging from the appearance, it is several years old.
Location[]
Abby Anderson can collect this item while progressing through Lakehill Seattle Hospital. Once in the basement, this artifact is located in the hospital's annex. The player must follow Nora Harris and, upon leaving her, descend to the basement and progress towards the hospital's chapel. The annex where the letter is located is nearby.

I don't think I'm going to make it home. I'd give anything to be with you and Susie right now.
I'm hiding with a few of my colleagues. The door is barricaded and those things are on the other side. Things were way worse than we thought.
I'm pretty sure no one is coming for us. At least not in time to save us.
I hope one day this note will get to you. I hope you and Susie will remember me.
