Hello everyone. I've seen a lot of great discussions on here in the past about The Last of Us. Almost everything has been covered, from story, characters, philosophy, and more. However, one thing I haven't seen much of is talk about how the game was made - specifically with regards to Ellie's AI, the enemy AI, and the benefits and shortcomings of the AI systems.
I don't know how boring that sounds on the face of it, but if there's any interest I'd be willing to write some blogs about how Ellie's AI works, how the Enemy AI works, why the enemies are unable to see Ellie, and even come up with some possible solutions to that problem. I'll also do my best to not bore you while doing so :)
Anyway, there's no point in any of it unless there's interest, so let me know what you think.
