When collecting this item while playing as Ellie Williams, players expand their skill branch. Notably, players can now crafter faster and also craft melee upgrades and smoke bombs. They can also craft better health packs and extra smoke bombs.[1]
Location[]
Players can collect this manual during the "Downtown" section. There are two places player can retrieve it. The first is in the courthouse after breaking a window beside the elevators before going down into the parking lot. The second location is by an over pass on the highway to the northeast of the intersection at 6th Avenue and Marion Street. Players must use the rope to climb down, swing across and collect it from the over turned truck.[1]
