Description[]
Isaac's mandate is a handwritten note, documenting orders from Isaac Dixon that the Washington Liberation Front should kill any trespassers found in Seattle.
Location[]
The note can be found on the upper floor of Eastbrook Elementary. After clearing the WLF soldiers on the roof of the school, continue into the building. Inside, find a table covered with a blue tarp. The note will be on the table, beside the radio.
Content[]
From here on out, kill all trespassers. Will send additional units to locate the other woman. Return to the FOB by EOD. Bring all available supplies.
