Isaac's orders is an artifact that is found during the chapter "Seattle Day 1 (Ellie)" in The Last of Us Part II.

Description

Isaac's Orders is a handwritten note from Isaac Dixon, giving orders to a Washington Liberation Front unit leader, Zelda, about how to secure the gate to the Seattle Quarantine Zone by turning incoming survivors against the FEDRA soldiers.

Location

This artifact can be found in the watchtower above the gate. After jumping across to the top of the gate, enter the tower and climb up the ladder immediately to the left. The note will be on top of a supply crate in the lookout.

Content

Zelda, once your unit's taken the gate, open it up and coordinate with John's unit. We've got plants in the refugee line ready. I don't want any FEDRA survivors. As soon as you've got control of the area, offer the refugees entry in exchange for loyalty to the WLF.
May your survival be long.
