Jimmy K. is a mentioned character in the second season of HBO's The Last of Us.

Biography

Background and early life

Little is known about Jimmy except that he was a survivor of the Cordyceps brain infection outbreak. He lived in the Seattle quarantine zone by 2018 under FEDRA's control. However, he hated their oppressive rule and joined the WLF resistance to overthrow them. The group succeeded and Jimmy K. became a soldier who learned to operate the radio and lead a small division when needed.

Season 2

The night before the WLF's planned invasion of the Seraphites' island, Jimmy K. was informed by Shauna that a radio blackout must occur in order to ensure no information about their invasion was leaked to any Scar patrols. He was also told to call back any of his division's boats in the area to set up for staging. Jimmy confirmed he heard the order and stopped transmitting.
