The join WLF note is a flyer printed by the Washington Liberation Front to encourage civilians in Seattle to join the rebellion against FEDRA. It shows an image of a large wolf standing over kneeling civilians, against a FEDRA officer.
Location[]
This artifact can be found in the back room of the Barko's pet store, on the corner of Marion Street and 6th Avenue. The pet store key artifact is required to access the back room. Investigate the printer immediately to the left of the entrance to find the note.
