Karen was a character mentioned in The Last of Us Part II. She was a member of the Seraphites who assisted Emmett and Zachary in their efforts to reach the Seraphite Island.[1]
Biography[]
Karen was a Seraphite in charge of bringing Seraphites in Seattle to the Seraphite's island via the marina. During the Washington Liberation Front's (WLF) war against the Seraphites, Karen encountered Emmett and Zachary, who were seeking assistance to reach the island. Karen provided them with food and a place to rest before they would have to traverse the waters. Emmet noted she was a kind woman. However, while conversing, two WLF soldiers attacked them and killed Karen. Enraged, Emmett killed the two soldiers. They then held a funeral for Karen, and Emmett wrote a note memorializing her.[1]
