Oliverio's Firefly pendant can be obtained in the chapter "Tommy's Dam" in the section "Hydroelectric Dam". After Joel and Ellie meet Tommy and Maria, follow Tommy out of the dam's control room and descend the stairs on the left. Enter the nearby room in the back and search inside a cabinet to find the pendant on the bottom shelf.
