Seismicayla is the first collectible trading card that is found during the chapter "Jackson" in The Last of Us Part II.
Location[]
Seismicayla is found during the second chapter "Jackson" in the section "Waking Up". After opening the fence gate with Jesse after passing through the greenhouse gardens, immediately turn left to walk onto the porch of the Main Street Gallery. Continue walking along the porch and hang a left around to the other side of the building. The trading card can be found on the "Help Wanted" bulletin board at the end of the porch.
