Obtaining this manual extends the period of time in which enemies within the radius of a thrown Smoke Bomb will be unable to see you.
Location[]
When Joel arrives at the resort, there will be a motel building you can enter. Cut through it and jump out the bathroom window, which leads to a small alley. At the end of the alley is a shiv door, and this manual will be found behind it.
