The Keene Twins is the second collectible trading card that is found during the chapter "Jackson" in The Last of Us Part II.

The Keene Twins is found during the second chapter "Jackson" in the section "Waking Up". Once the player passes through the main street of Jackson with Jesse, enter the Tipsy Bison at the end of the street to continue the story. After a confrontation with Maria and Seth, the player is supposed to follow Maria and Jesse to the outside of the bar. Before following them, immediately turn around and walk around a man sitting at the end of the bar. The trading card can be found on top of a barrel in the corner underneath a dartboard.

the forlorn pair soon learned of their abilities. Born deaf,
Ophelia not only has amazing eyesight, but can see things on
the infrared and x-ray spectrum. Born blind, Xander can hear
for miles; no footstep is too quiet, no secret is safe. So long
as they are together, they make for formidable opponents.
