The following are the trophies that appear in The Last of Us and The Last of Us Remastered. There are a total of 50 trophies available for each game: 1 Platinum, 9 Gold, 18 Silver, and 22 Bronze. In addition to the 23 trophies required to get the Platinum, there are also 26 additional trophies for the downloadable content: 10 for Left Behind, 7 each for the Abandoned Territories and Reclaimed Territories map packs, and 2 for Grounded mode.
For the remastered version, no new trophies were added, but eight of them were changed to make them easier to earn. The DLC map trophies would now require five downs or executions, with the no deaths requirement removed.[1]

Trivia[]
- The trophy icon for the trophy For Emergencies Only (which requires fully upgrading all of Joel's weapons) shows the assault rifle. However, the assault rifle is notable for being the only firearm in the game that can not be upgraded
- The trophy icon for Nobody's Perfect features other Naughty Dog-owned characters, Jak and Daxter.
