The Tipsy Bison is a bar located in Jackson, Wyoming and minor location in The Last of Us Part II. It serves the Jackson community of survivors. As of March 2038, Seth works here.
The bar is on the corner of Main Street, adjacent to the Main Street Outfitters and across the street from Twin Sisters Grocers.
As well as the bar countertop, there are six round tables, all of which were occupied on the morning of March 2nd 2038. The interior has a variety of decorations including wooden alcohol plaques, taxidermy mounts and pictures, often of horses. There are also two coats of arms in the back, one for the name 'Harrington' and the other for 'Clifton'. Below these are a dartboard.[1]

The age of the structure and rarity of its decorations suggests that the bar was standing before the Cordyceps brain infection outbreak in 2013, then later upkept by the Jackson community led by Maria Miller.
Events of The Last of Us Part II[]
On the morning of 2nd March 2038, Jesse brought Ellie to the Tipsy Bison to meet with Maria. Maria wanted Ellie to make amends with Seth after his intrusive comments and the homophobic slur he used the night before against Ellie and Dina. Ellie is reluctant to do so. Seth exits the kitchen and comes to the countertop. He apologizes and offers steak sandwiches to an apathetic Ellie. Once Seth is back in the kitchen, Ellie gives the sandwiches to Jesse. Ellie, Jesse, and Maria then leave.[1]
