An unnamed artifact is the second collectible artifact that is found during the chapter "Jackson" in The Last of Us Part II.
Description[]
The unnamed artifact is a handwritten note by a man named Seth from San Francisco, California detailing his journey with his two sons to find the settlement in Jackson, Wyoming. His family was raided outside of Reno, Nevada, which resulted in losing his car, compass, and weapons, as well as the death of his wife and eldest child.
Now in Wyoming, Seth describes how he has been trying to follow maps, but heavy snow storms make it difficult to follow the roads. Seth and his two sons take shelter in a cabin in the mountains in hopes of waiting out the storms, but his two sons are starving. After hearing nearby gunshots, they head west-northwest in hopes of finding people. He implores whoever finds the note to go find them, speculating the current day to be Wednesday.
It is presumed that this Seth is the same as the bartender of the Tipsy Bison in Jackson, who encounters Ellie. The fate of his two sons are unknown.
Location[]
This note can be found in the first abandoned house Abby Anderson passes through. After crawling under the house, take a sharp left and re-enter the house through the far window. The artifact will be on a desk just inside the window.

To anyone who reads this -
My name is Seth. I'm from San Francisco, trying to get to
Jackson with my two sons. We lost our car, our compass, our
guns. We were raided outside of Reno. My wife and my eldest
were killed.
I've been trying to follow maps, but the snow makes it
impossible to hold onto the road for very long. Was hoping to
wait out these storms, but my boys are starving. I haven't
seen so much as a squirrel in a week. I can't sit here and
watch them waste away.
We're going to head out, WNW. I heard what sounded like
gunshots over there, across the ridge. Hopefully we'll find
people. Hopefully they'll be kind.
Please, if you read this, come find us. I think it's Wednesday.
GOD BLESS YOU.
