The WLF community supply chest note is a handwritten letter between two Washington Liberation Front soldiers, requesting that supplies be restocked in a cache near the West 2 gate.
Location[]
This artifact can be found near a supply chest on Madison Street, between 5th and 6th Avenue. On the east side of the alley is a staircase marked with WLF graffiti. Climb the stairs to find a green supply chest. On the ground near the chest is a satchel, which can be searched for the letter.

Derek got into some business with a broken window last week, he would've lost his damn leg if we hadn't rushed him back to the Serevena. I went ahead and stashed some supplies at a couple of sites downtown for any future emergencies, broken legs, infected, Derek fuck-ups, whatever.
Since you're going that way anyway, can you resupply the stash at the West 2 checkpoint? Gate hasn't worked for years but the combination is the old code for West 2.
